Bupron SR belongs to the class of the atypical antidepressants. Its active ingredient is bupropion hydrochloride. This substance restores natural balance of neurotransmitters in the brain. Bupron SR uses for treating depression, obesity, smoking cessation, attention deficit, hyperactivity disorder (ADHD and bipolar disorder (depressive phase).
Directions
Consult with your doctor about exact dosage, because it depends on your condition and other factors. Generally, it is recommended to use Bupron SR orally with a glass of water, regardless of meals. But remember, that it should be at least six hours of break between doses. Just swallow a pill and don't cut, crush or chew it. You should start and finish a treatment with Bupron SR only with doctor's prescription.
Precautions
You must consult with your doctor before starting treatment with Bupron SR and discuss all details of your allergies and diseases and possible reaction to this medicine, especially if you have bipolar confusion, eye, liver or kidney problems. Missed dose
Never take more than prescribed dose, even if you missed the one. Try to take it as soon as possible. Or, if it's too late, just skip it and take your usually dose next day in the same regularly time.
Overdose
In case if you think that you could be overdosed by Bupron SR you should call for medical help immediately. Symptoms of Bupron SR overdose are following: nausea, irregular heartbeat, chest pain, and feeling light-headed or fainting.
Storage
Store at room temperature between 68-77 F (20-25 C), in a dark and dry place. Save it from children and pets. Watch the expiration date!
